Wow, been busy/lazy. More the latter than the former. Hah. hahaha
Anyway, now that it's Christmas break, I'm going to try posting more. I need to lose weight and eat healthy. I've been getting into soy products lately like soy milk and tofu and whatnot, but I've been reading some negative stuff about soy. Hmm... wonder if it really is bad for you?... and what is too much?..
